Terms of hire for Lancashire Chauffeur driven car hire

Lancashire Chauffeur driven car hire require a minimum notice of 3 HOURS to book a Chauffereud Car.

We allow up to 45 minutes on arrival at the Airport for baggage,any further delay beyond our control is charged at £25 per hour.

All car parking charges are to be paid for by the Client.

We accept all major credit cards with a 3% surcharge.

The Wedding Car Hire Booking Form will be accepted upon receipt of a Non-refundable deposit of £50 per vehicle.

The balance of the Wedding car booking is to be paid in full 1month prior to the Wedding Date.

The Wedding Car is available for Pick up From the Brides Address to the Church, waiting for Photos, and then to the Wedding Reception.

The Chauffeur will travel the most appropriate route on the day unless specifically instructed by the Customer.

Every effort will be made by the Chauffeur to ensure your car arrives on time and reaches the final destination on time.

The Chauffeur is not responsible or liable for any delays that occur beyond his control on the Day.

The Chauffeur reserves the right to refuse to carry persons deemed in his/her opinion unfit to travel.

The Chauffeur will not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to our Customers personal items or luggage.

All of our vehicles operate a strictly non-smoking policy.

Any damage to the Hire vehicle caused directly or indirectly by any member of the Hirers party will be the full responsibility of the Hirer and billed to the Hirer for immediate payment.

I have read the terms and Conditions attached and enclose my Deposit of £50 for Wedding Car Hire.
